K Rend
The K Rend silicone range incorporates silicone water repellents as an integral part of the cement-based render system. This silicone technology imparts a high degree of water repellency to the render surface whilst allowing water vapour to pass through the render allowing the substrate to breathe.
The water repellent surface ensures a freshly rendered appearance for a prolonged period. The finish is drier and thus more resistant to algae growth and the natural phenomenon of lime bloom.
Benefits include:
- Water Repellent
- Low Maintenance
- Allows Structure to Breathe
- Natural Looking Finish
- Extensive Colour Range
Weber render products are carefully manufactured to produce high quality, long-lasting and durable finishes. Our range includes:
- Monocouche render
- Pebble dash or dry dash render
- Base coat and top coat renders
- Decorative finishes — such as tyrolean, brick effect and winter working options
- Synthetic finishes — including acrylic render and silicone-based paint
- Render systems
- Ancillary products — such as render primer and cleaner
With an extensive colour palette and a number of choices when it comes to textures and detailing, you’re able to create a truly personalised and unique design.
The Sto Rend range of render systems allow you the flexibility to realise even the most demanding designs: whether flat or curved, concave or convex, white or vibrantly coloured.
By specifying Sto thin-coat synthetic renders, you avoid the problems associated with traditional cementitious renders, such as cracking and colour fading. Sto renders feature greater durability, exceptional flexibility and are through-coloured to reduce maintenance requirements.
Features & Benefits
Available in up to 800 colours from the StoColor System, dependent on the selected finish
Through-coloured renders reduce maintenance and overpainting requirements
Stippled, rilled and ‘freestyle’ textures and a range of grain sizes available for a wide selection of design options
Weather resistant and vapour permeable finish
Reinforced systems available for more than 15 times the crack resistance of conventional cementitious render systems
Dryvit ACR systems and the Cement Board MD Finish System are a range of 100% acrylic polymer based anti-crack renders designed to outperform the shrinkage and cracking characteristics of traditional renders. The range offers a variety of coloured and textured coating options providing various levels of protection when used in the different component combinations.
Dryvit ACR systems are generally installed over a Dryvit polymer modified re-profiling mortar where levelling is required, on to exterior concrete, brickwork, blockwork, plastered or painted surfaces in new build or refurbishment projects. Dryvit ACR systems often compliment our range of EWI systems where either insulation is not a requirement or where robust detailing is necessary.
The Cement Board MD Finish System incorporates an exterior grade cement board fixed to vertical batons and is ideal where a cavity system is called for without the need for exterior insulation. This system is commonly applied over timber or steel framed substrates, incorporating an approved sheathing and breather membrane on new build residential and low-rise commercial projects.
The final coat in an external wall insulation system is usually one of the pre-mixed, through colour decorative renders. The Jubizol renders are very durable, UV stable and flexible providing a low-Maintenance solution compared to mineral renders. In coastal regions it is recommended to use silicone render. There is an extensive range of colours available in the Acrylic, Silicone and Silicate renders together with different grain sizes and textures.
Carbon Scratch Render is a through coloured mineral render designed for application onto blockwork / brickwork and masonry. Carbon Scratch is durable and can be applied and scratched back in a single day, weather permitting.
Massively enhances thermal efficiency – dramatically reducing energy bills, improving comfort and reducing your carbon footprint. Protection of the fabric of the building – by keeping the building warm and dry it protects the building’s structure. Improved aesthetics – External Wall Insulation can re-vitalise a home or a whole housing estate. From simple aggregate or textured finishes, to brick and complex décor profiles. External wall insulation has the ability to mimic the existing façade or completely re-model it will add value to any property. Extensive range – By choosing SPSenvirowall you have access to a huge range of systems and finishes supported by extensive accreditation, design and technical support. Whether you are involved in the design or application of insulated façades and renders, we will provide you with the service and products you require.
